Be ready for calving season with the New Winkel Calving Pen on Wheels Unit. This calving pen is elevated into position for transport by means of a cable winch and can be lowered or raised in a matter of minutes, giving the cowcalf operator the flexibility of quickly changing locations. Built “Winkel Tough”, this self-contained unit comes with one 12’ corral panel, one 10’ corral panel, one 10’ x 4’ gate panel, a 30” gate in back, a self-catching head gate, a full 12’ Rumber® floor and two vertical bars for holding the cow in the alley for milking. This calving pen knocks down to 34” wide by 144” long and is equipped with a detachable wheel kit that includes 15” new tires on 6-bolt wheels. The hitch includes a 2” ball coupler and trailer jack. Total weight is 1800 lbs

• Operators can easily walk through the alley as there are no overheads.

• Slide gates on roller bearings allow for quick and smooth traffic control.

• The base on the sliders is 5" channel iron which gives stability with less chance of calves moving the unit around.

• Winkel Adapter Posts are available from the drop pen to the cattle panel hook-up.
