Hiniker is a flail windrower distributor in North America. A Hiniker 5600 Series Flail Windrower can substantially cut your field time by shredding and windrowing stalks in one 20 ft. pass. Both the 5610L 15-ft flail windrower and the 5620HLI flail windrower are farm equipment which use a full width end-delivery cross auger to build neat, uniform windrows ready for baling or stacking. The 5630HL 30-ft model uses dual cross augers with a center delivery to achieve the same effect.

The Hiniker high-volume 17" diameter cross-auger system provides positive material flow for consistently well-formed windrows. Material is placed—rather than thrown—into the windrow, resulting in neat, easily baled windrows with less opportunity for bunching.

Features may include:

• 5610l and 5620HLI end delivery models give you the option of building double windrows to cut baling trips across the field by 50%.

• Shown with access covers open.

• High-vacuum 3-inch cup knives ensure clean, thorough shredding. Rotors are factory spin balanced for smooth operation. 20 and 30-ft models are standard with hard surfaced knives.

• Constant-velocity P.T.O shafts are standard equipment to reduce driveline vibration and knocking when turning. An overrunning clutch is also included, providing protection for both tractor and shredder.

• All rotor and drive shaft bearings are 2-inch diameter self-aligning (23/16" & 27/16" on 30' sizes). Bearings are triple lip sealed and shielded. Rotor bearings are precision piloted for long term stability and life.

• 235 hp rated Superior™ gearboxes provide long-life trouble-free performance.

The 5610L gives you a choice of 6 or 12-row windrows and a 15-ft cutting width while the 5620HLI offers a choice between 8 or 16-row windrows and a 20-ft cutting width. To achieve maximum windrow size, the operator simply doubles back and lays a second windrow adjacent to the first one. Heavy duty hard faced knives are standard equipment on the 20' models.
