The self-propelled AM 1000s feed mixer was designed to solve the challenges farmers face when feeding cattle in extreme conditions.

It is solidly built with a 300 HP engine, high ground clearance, large off road tires, crab steering for tight spaces, brand name proven hydraulic components, a spacious cab and hydraulic suspension. While other machines are built for ideal conditions, this machine is truly . . . Built For Here™.

Tub
  • The mixing tub contains two hydraulically driven vertical screws, with three user-customized speeds, from 1-55 rpm.
Engine
  • The Caterpillar C7.1 six cylinder diesel engine delivers 300 HP, offering the highest torque in the industry.
Controls
  • Touchscreen display and ergonomic joystick allows operators to easily control the functions of the machine.
Drive
  • Built for Here™, the AM 1000s boasts large tires, 4x4 drive, hydraulic suspension for a comfortable ride, three steering modes for easy maneuvering, and three operating modes - work, travel and automotive.
The Hired Hand™
  • The self-loading arm option allows for a single operator to do all the feeding with one machine.
Cab
  • The spacious cab offers automatic climate control, bluetooth stereo, air ride leather seats with heating and cooling, a buddy seat, and heated mirrors.
Hydraulics
  • Highline® uses proven brand name hydraulic pumps, motors and valves for ultimate reliability.
Unloading Conveyors
  • Front unloading provides the operator with great visibility and allows the feed to be unloaded from either side of the machine.
